How do I request a refund?
Log in and go to Account Settings. Submit the “Request Refund” form — initial purchases are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your Account Settings page, submit a refund / cancellation request. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Will I be charged again after cancelling?
No. Once cancelled, you won't be charged again. You'll keep access until your current period ends.

How do I access my courses?
After purchasing, log in and go to your Dashboard. All courses are immediately available.
Do I need any special software?
No. All you need is a web browser and an internet connection. Some lessons reference AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude — we'll guide you through setting them up.
Can I download lessons?
Lessons are accessed through our platform to ensure you always get the latest content. Downloadable resources are available with the Pro and Mastery plans.
