Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • The request is for your initial subscription (not renewal payments)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, submit a request from your account page:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Fill in the “Request Refund” form with an optional reason
  4. Submit — we receive the request immediately

We review and process requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You can check the status of your request at any time from the same page.

Renewal Payments

Refunds for automatic renewal payments are handled on a case-by-case basis. To avoid being charged for renewals you don't want, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account settings.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewal payments after the initial 30-day window
  • Accounts that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after initial purchase

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to TeachMeAI courses will end immediately. You will need to subscribe again to regain access. Refunded subscriptions cannot be reactivated without a new purchase.

Payment Processor Refunds

Refunds are processed through PayPal. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
