Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • The request is for your initial subscription (not renewal payments)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at support@teachmeai.online
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Include your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  4. Optionally, share why you'd like a refund (helps us improve)

We will process your request within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Renewal Payments

Refunds for automatic renewal payments are handled on a case-by-case basis. To avoid being charged for renewals you don't want, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account settings.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewal payments after the initial 30-day window
  • Accounts that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after initial purchase

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to TeachMeAI courses will end immediately. You will need to subscribe again to regain access. Refunded subscriptions cannot be reactivated without a new purchase.

Payment Processor Refunds

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
